The next target is in the bull's eye and the war is already being rehearsed, and the same lying propaganda insistently in our ears.
What is Israel doing practicing war drills in our air space, over our country?
How have we become so wedded to all this? How can we watch over a million and a half people being starved to death in the Gaza Strip? How can we be a party to one false promise of peace after another? Is this America?
When history looks back we will look like monsters. |
There's no glamour in war. It's ugly.
Most wars are for precious resources, land or power.
The two most pervasive propaganda ploys to lead a nation into war are: Fear & Freedom.
The War in Iraq is a good example of this. The nation was made to fear Weapons of Mass Destruction then we were told we were bringing the people liberation, freedom and democracy.
The additional insanity of this was the deliberate falsehood linking the war in Iraq to the tragic attack of 9/11/01 on the World Trade Center .
The real major headline this week was the oil contracts being awarded to Exxon and others. This, sadly, is one of the prime reasons for the war though we appear loath to admit it since we wasted thousands of our own soldiers, seriously wounded tens of thousands more, killed hundreds of thousands of people, destroyed homes, jobs, industries,
farms and turned millions into refuges, plans to fight for generations in a seamless War Without End, fight across the whole world in a so-called Global War and are expected to spend $trillions of $dollars, as well.
On the week when Exxon won the war it is good to remember these basic facts. Our soldiers didn't die in vein, they died because they were betrayed by our corrupt, greedy and apparently rabid and crass leadership.
The mainstream press pussyfoots around. They lied about the war. It's all about Oil and Israel.
When history looks back we will look like the biggest fools in the world.

Since the lies with the Iraq War are now well know and accepted by the vast majority, i.e. no WMD's, no link to 9/11, fabrication of false intelligence about plans to buy yellow cake from Niger, make nuclear weapons, etc. it might be good to be aware of the total irrational lies about the plans for war in Iran.
Iran does not have nuclear weapons. But now, just like Iraq, there has been fabrication of false intelligence about alleged plans for them to want nuclear weapons (the last, recently, the UN revealing that there were nuclear bomb plans on a computer discovered in 2006 used by a Pakistani arms dealer, a dealer who sold nuclear power info to Iran).
Get the logic? A guy sells nuclear power info but he has info about nuclear weapons so, therefore, Iran has or wanted the nuclear weapons info; and all this was known in 2006 but trotted out last month as part of the dog and pony show to start a war -- and this info from the UN!

In fact, there is no logic just greed and quests for power. It's as as simple as a Board Game, like Risk. You have cute little pebble sized wooden square pieces. You put them on your countries. Pile up as many as you can. Then attack your neighbors and try to take over the whole world. Hoping for a good throw of the dice.

Only the braindead TV show, "Deal or No Deal," is simpler.
How, actually, could you have a "game show," so dumb? Then again, how could we have a war so dumb? Just damn dumb.
There is, Number One, (1) no law against wanting or building a plant for nuclear power. Europe has nuclear power. The USA has nuclear power. And with the oil shortage many more nations see the need (maybe
misguided), but see the need for nuclear power; so Iran is just doing exactly what the majority of the West also wants to do. No law against that; just fair play, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
Number Two, (2) is the unfairness of the country screaming the most about fearing Iran's alleged nuclear weapons ambitions (you know, the WMD's) does, itself, Israel has probably hundreds of nuclear weapons! And where did Israel get it's nuclear weapons? On the black market, secretly, and from some European countries. Does this
sound fair? Does this make sense? What must Iran really think about this?
Number Three, (3) the most indisputable fact that Iran's nuclear POWER ambitions have nothing to do with nuclear weapons is that if you or I wanted to shoot someone we wouldn't make a factory to manu factor guns. No, we'd BUY a gun, legally or illegally. If Iran wanted nuclear weapons it could do exactly what Israel did, get the materials
on the black market or buy the weapons from a cooperate country that has some to sell (like Russia, maybe China, perhaps Pakistan or even India).
This would also be faster than spending years on alleged plans to manu factor them itself.

All this so crazy, yet this is the foundation, the core reason Israel and the USA promote a war, an attack on Iran. We're either fools or powerless to stop or change this warmongering madness.
We're worse than the Walrus. He just wanted to eat some oysters and fed them first on cock and bull stories. We're destroying the lives of millions and we don't even get cheaper gas out of it, nor even one decent meal. |
We should not be fooled again.
Maybe the first time, especially whipped into a frenzy by 9/11; but not again.
We're smarter than that, or should be. |
| WE NEED TO ELECT BETTER LEADERS. WE NEED TO HOLD OUR LEADERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE TRUTH AND JUSTICE. WE NEED TO KICK OUT, RECALL OR IMPEACH OR BAD LEADERS.
That, BTW, is our 5-Part Patriot Plan. |
