Politics doesn’t start nor end on elections days; far from it. The Republicans in Congress still don’t seem to have gotten the message that they lost, they lost big time.
But they act like they still think they can call the shots. Thus, A.C.T. advocates, right now, Recall Campaigns against Republicans governors: Nevada is messed up; California is messed up; Palin is in charge in Alaska.
We need to confirm and continue our change direction. We need to make clear that the spirit of these days belonged to those who resisted eight years of forced-fed lies and propaganda, and were able to use
the tools of democracy to get our country back on track to a
sane path, to a better world, perhaps just in the nick of time.
Let’s not stop now! We need to follow up on this victory!
