Guilty, Guilty, Guilty There’s no doubt about it. It would be a dreadful mistake to let Dick Cheney hide behind the flag, or to claim that his only mistake was believing flawed intelligence about Saddam Hussein having WMD’s - weapons of mass destruction. Cheney wasn’t simply “believing,” flawed intelligence - he was instrumental in fabricating false intelligence. The other common excuse to not take his crimes seriously is to think, well, at worst all he did was “cherry pick,” intelligence, meaning he listened to and used the intelligence reports he liked and he didn’t listen to the intelligence reports he didn’t like. That, in itself, would not be a crime but just reflect bad judgement and irresponsible leadership, but that is not what happen. I believe former Vice-President Dick Cheney was perhaps the most guilty person who deliberately misled nations into war, that led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands, crippled the lives of millions, and wasted $hundreds of billions.
 
He is also guilty, I believe, in shredding -- trashing important rights of our U.S. Constitution, and abusing his powers of office.
 
He has also violated the civil rights of us all.
