I believe former Vice-President Dick Cheney was perhaps the most guilty person who deliberately misled nations into war, that led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands, crippled the lives of millions, and wasted $hundreds of billions.

 

He is also guilty, I believe, in shredding -- trashing important rights of our U.S. Constitution, and abusing his powers of office.

 

He has also violated the civil rights of us all.
