9/11 was a wake-up call		Wake up to what we've been doing in the world.
We hope, in a small way, that this site and it's contents also become a 'part of history,' part of the memory of that time and it's aftermath. We see much of the collection of material here not as transitory of information that changes overnight; but rather more like a library, an archive of music, speeches, photos, posters and ideas that represent the strong feelings of the vast majority of people that the war in Iraq was stupid, misdirected, corrupt and does not serve the best interest of our country.		WHEN IT WAS TIME TO HUNT DOWN THE MURDERERS THE REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED BUSH-ERA GOVERNMENT STARTED THE WRONG WAR, IN THE WRONG PLACE, FOR THE WRONG REASONS.
We need to make smart, realistic and mature decisions rather than keep pretending in in some Black&White Disneyland: a fantasy land with us as the Good Guys who've done nothing wrong defending ourselves against alleged wicked EvilDoer who, apparently, we've been fed the propaganda, just hate freedom and democracy.
	The truth is, to put it simply, is that we've been messing around in other people's back yards -- and it wasn't to bring them freedom or democracy.

We feel it's a good contribution of American Citizens Together to be a consistent
voice speaking out for truth and justice and people it in clear and simple word that make sense to us and hopefully make sense to you as well.

That may sound like the oldest cliché in the book but it strikes us how much of
government (and personal) evil comes from lies and injustice. Like the lies that misled us all into the false war in Iraq, the lies about WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction), the lies about Saddam Hussein having links to 9/11 and to al Qaeda, the fear and lies generated by the anthrax attacks one week later, anthrax that was traced back to a U.S. military lab.

When someone is feeding us lies like this, there is no good behind it.

Our greatest satisfaction is the participation of all our online members and associates
with similiar concerns. We started from the ground up, in the grass roots and now are
an online organization with international reach & results.
