Smoking_Gun Questions

(Note: These questions focus on moments and information that have been talked about by others and may prove useful in uncovering the whole story and getting to the truth)

  1. The most fundamental question: Who forged the false documents claiming to show that Saddam Hussein was trying to buy yellowcake uranium from Niger, Africa. (The Italians?)
  2. Who or What finally convinced the CIA these Saddam trying to buy yellowcake claims contained in the Niger uranium forged documents were valid? And what were the reasons that led to stronger and stronger reports about yellowcake claims, despite the objections that were made by former ambassador Wilson, French intel, intelligence and others?
  3. Was everybody in the CIA convinced of this information? (Apparently not) Who stifled the 'burn notices" and those in the agency who expressed doubts about this info?
  4. Was the National intel, intelligence Estimate (NIE) of October 2002 rewritten by the White House before being given out to members of Congress?
  5. Where did the British intel, intelligence agency get their yellowcake claims published in their White Paper? (From a 2nd dissemination from the Italians?) Why is the CIA refusing to reveal this? (link))
  6. When this claim about yellowcake uranium was taken out to two speech by President Bush -- his speech to the United Nations September 12, 2002 and one month later in October 7,2002 taken out of the Cincinnati speech -- what were the reasons the CIA gave for taking it out?
  7. Were attempts made (as some report) to also take this yellowcake claims out of the State of the Union Speech speech given by President Bush in January 29, 2003?
  8. If the CIA did try to take it out of the State of the Union speech 2003, who then put it back in?
  9. Who was behind the extreme cover-up attempts to discredit former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, who was sent by the CIA to check out these false documents and came back from Niger and declared the documents were forged, the information was false?
  10. Who tried to reinforce the false claim in these documents by planting a memo about them in Iraq, nine months after the invasion of Iraq, when in December 2008, a leading member of the new American-supported coalition government claimed to have found an alleged memo about this shipment of yellowcake uranium from Niger?
  11. When did the CIA tell British intel, intelligence the information was false? (as the U. K Butler Commission says U. K. intel, intelligence was eventually told) And how come the CIA was then so sure these claims about yellowcake uranium were false?

There are, of course, many other questions we have about False intel Iraq:

questions about the anthrax attacks one week after 9/11, questions about the intense weapons inspections that went on in Iraq before the war, weapons inspector Scott Ritter, U.S. covert military activity before the war and during the weapons inspections, questions about claims linking Saddam Hussein to al-Qaeda, specifically the alleged meeting of 9/11 lead terrorist Mohammed Atta and Iraqi intel, intelligence agents in Warsaw, Poland.

Information we find about these other significant questions (above) is collected on this page of ours, but only as we stumble upon it. We feel it's important to focus on the yellowcake claims at this time, feeling it's the best leverage point to pry open the truth, the names of who was behind the Smoking-gun: False intel Iraq
A.C.T. feels it's necessary to go one step at a time and focus on each one of these issues one at a time and not confuse a search that has many twist and turns, many deceits along the way. Of course, tens of thousands of others also are doing what they can to get to the truth of these many serious questions about major abuse of government powers, great destruction and waste of war, war crimes and war profiteering. The focus for A.C.T. is specifically on these forged documents concerning Saddam Hussein, forged documents claiming to come from Niger, purporting to show that Saddam Hussein was trying to build nuclear weapons of mass destruction - an assertion we all now know is untrue.
There will, naturally, be some spin off trials for others to follow but these, above, are our most focused specific questions at this time about this one specific piece of false intel used many times by many in the Administration and media to spread fear and justify war.
