The Institute for Science and International Security makes another "discovery," of nuclear weapons information on a laptop computer, and announces it with a big trumpet blast.

There is no connection between the nuke info on the disk to Iran; you have to write fiction to make such connections.

But ISIS fabricates a host of possible links. (like they did with false intel for Iraq). Then the disk is destroyed.

ISIS always comes on strong that the dangers are real, whether from Iraq WMD; or now, from Iran WMD

NEITHER OF WHICH EXIST.

Sometimes ISIS talks like a teetotaler; but when it comes to the neocon hard-line it's a heavy drinker.

Promotion of false intel and fears of nuclear weapons continues, trying to influence public thinking and influence the policies of the new Obama Administration. Former Vice-President Dick Cheney is giving interviews saying the policies of the new Administration are risking American lives. Vice-President Cheney giving another interview spreading the fear that Iran has WMD.

This news goes on forever, but the segment here, from Feb. 20th to the Cheney interview of March 15th shows how it goes. The specific news items and their links or video are below.

False intel for Iraq has now turned into false intel for Iran -- by the same people, being done in the same way.

The news this week, early in the Obama Administration, should have been about an IAEA report which said Iran was cooperating with weapons inspections and there were no signs of WMD -- that is the truth, that is the real news story we should have heard.

The IAEA (International Atomic Energy Commission) is the agency that reported the the truth about Saddam and WMD -- He had none. The IAEA were also the one who declared, before the Iraq War started, that the Niger Yellowcake Claims were forgeries.

But we don't hear that good news, the real news from the IAEA; we hear from the ISIS (Institute for Science and International Security distortions of data to spread fear and testimony that would lead to war.

The story covered here goes from the first reporting of false information: false intel, a deliberate of data, first being slipped into the news on February 20th, then this false news info being commented on by the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mullen, on CNN, on March 1st, 2009 .

This is how is was done for Iraq: first a false news story appears, then political and military leaders start talking about it on TV as if it was the truth. It's plain to see: classic political news black ops: kill the truth, spread fear and lies.

But instead of the true information from the IAEA being reported -- the ones who had it right about Saddam having no WMD and the Niger Yellowcake claims being forgeries -- we get a report from a private 'non-profit agency,' based in D.C. The Institute for Science and International Security, (ISIS) that looks at the same IAEA data and twists it to spread lies and fear about Iran wanting nuclear weapons, on the verge of having nuclear weapons and on the same day gives Congressional testimony how Iran must be stopped from developing nuclear power.

This is the distorted news we're already being fed, starting in the first month of the Obama Administration, all swirling around and drowning out the real message from an IAEA weapons inspections report - the message that Iran was cooperating okay.

Instead of hearing from an International agency affiliated with the UN -- who got it right about Saddam having no WMD and Niger Yellowcake claims being lies; instead of hearing from them our nation was fed reports and Congressional testimony from a 'non-profit organization,' based in D.C., the ISIS (Institute for Science and International Security), that Iran wants nuke weapons and is on the verge of getting nuclear weapons and must have sanctions applied to it, must not be talked to in direct negotiations and must not be allowed to develop nuclear power.

( And other news reported from the BBC that paints Iran as murderers.)

The difference in such news reporting, such false intel (once again led by the New York Times) is clear and distinct. It's documented below.

All we hear reported in the mainstream media from the IAEA is their complaining that it's data is being distorted (mentioned in a whisper).

Can we possibly be fooled again?

False Intel Iraq is now becoming False Intel for Iran.

This sequence of four or five news stories and TV appearances starts and ends with 'black ops,' news reporting about a report from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) about Iran having enouch nuke material for a nuclear WMD.

But the IAEA never said that.

The black ops begins with ignoring the real report of the IAEA (crushing this truth). Initially reporting twice a different report from a different group, a non-profit group of private spin doctors that does make this false claim.

Then quoting on national TV, twice, that the IAEA are the one who made this claim

Quoting it to the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff (and getting his response). Then quoting it to the former Vice-President (and getting his response).

This method -- false news being quoted to political and military leaders, was done throughout the lead up to the war in Iraq. Now being done again for Iran.

In the final video clip, March 15th, Cheney even smirks and makes the excuse:
'We were just responding to news reports."

February 20, 2009 -The truth is killed and lies begin.

The Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) announces Iran is now ready to make nuclear weapons.

But their 'analysis,' was just a rewriting of IAEA information, distorting the real IAEA intel about weapons inspections to make it sound dangerous and threatening.

This non-profit private organization described by CNN as a "United Nations Watchdog group."

U.N. watchdog group?

The Institute for Science and International Security is doing Black-Ops again. This same agency was behind spreading the nuke weapons lies about Iraq; now they have started stirring up the same propaganda and warmongering with Iran.

1. Despite how it might sound in the CNN International news report, the Institute for Science and International Security has no connection to the U.N. and it's hard to consider them "watchdogs," when they had it wrong, spreading fear of Saddam WMD and the group they are 'watching,' got it right.

The most accurate description of the ISIS, in this case, is a group distorting U.N. data to beat the drums of war, just like their Iraqi scientist recruited by the CIA, were doing back in the late 1990's.

Like False intel Iraq, this political Black-op claims to be doing intel,intelligence work or scientific analysis. In this case their report analyzed the finding of the U.N.'s nuclear watchdog agency, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

The one line of truth in this story? (Probably put in by CNN to later cover their butt) -- the one line of truth is a barely whispered mention that a real IAEA official cautioned against drawing such dramatic conclusions from the data

President and founder of The Institute for Science and International Security -(ISIS)- gives interview with the Council on Foreign Relations published.

This interview by David Albright, the president and founder of ISIS makes clear ISIS has one clear policy objectives:
Shut down Iran's nuclear power program.

The United States should continue requiring Iran to suspend its uranium enrichment program as a precondition for direct negotiations, Institute for Science and International Security head David Albright said in an interview with the Council on Foreign Relations published Friday.

"The accommodation approach, unfortunately, is by no means guaranteed to be successful, and it's better to focus on what we really want and work on that. But it's a long-term issue. You have to maintain your resolve, and tensions are going to increase," Albright said, noting that international isolation helped persuade South Africa to abandon nuclear weapons in the late 1980s.

The United States should not "accommodate Iran with short-term solutions" as it pursues dialogue, he said.
"Compromises that the United States may offer, such as settling for merely slowing down the enrichment program, are guaranteed not to work. The important thing is to maintain the U.S. goal of an Iranian suspension of uranium enrichment.

"It is also important to increase the sanctions on Iran in order to try to get Iran to rethink its calculation on whether an enrichment program is in their interest.

The Institute for Science and International Security never stopped pushing the 'big lie that Iraq had the ability and desire to make nuclear weapons.

It's conclusions about Iraq were all proved wrong.

Now it's telling the government that Iran wants nuclear weapons.

Unfortunately this hard-line and fear mongering doesn't match up to reality. Here's the reality all these nuke weapons and nuke intel people know: Nuclear power is not illegal.

They also all know: Israel has nuclear weapons.

The solution?

A real diplomat would see an obvious solution.

IAEA releases Iran Report, says: Iran Cooperating.

It's calm and positive statements lost by the fears and threats made on the BBC by the British U.N. ambassador, and by the hardline comments of ISIS and Iraq-like lies from the New York Times (again).

Black Ops

Find the truth

Lies & Fear.

"Iran is cooperating well with U.N. nuclear inspectors to help ensure it does not again understate the amount of uranium it has enriched," the agency said.

This, the core (and peaceful message), could even be found in Israeli newspapers, here; if we looked and listened; if we were acting and speaking like diplomats rather than hard-line, unrealistic, unfair pounding of the drums for war.

British propaganda against Iran, by the U. K. U.N. ambassador broadcast on the BCC, in the very first month of the Obama Administration

Iran claimed to offer a Murderer's bargain.

1. To believe this you have to believe Iran would admit to killing British and Americans in Iraq.

On the BBC and reported on CNN it's claimed Iran was telling the USA and the U. K. that they would stop supporting Iraqi insurgents if allowed to have nuclear power.

The documentary aired a day after the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security released a report stating that Iranian scientists have reached "nuclear weapons breakout capability."

perhaps this is another reason for the political black ops reporting last week (and again today): The political black-ops of always telling the story of Iran's development of nuclear power as if it means Iran was to make nuclear weapons - and give nuclear weapons to al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations...that's the political 'black-ops,' storyline.

We all probably, by now, half-believe it in some way, or at least have it in our minds.

Iran Starts Test-run of it's first nuclear plant

Setting new standards for nuclear safety Iran moves forward on nuclear energy program.

The IAEA (International Atomic Energy Commission) is on site, 24-hours a day, watch-dogging the program.

Note:Developing nuclear power is not against any laws; in fact Western nations, the USA, China, India, Russia etc. are all in the business of selling nuclear power and proclaim it as an energy source needed for the 21st century (rightly or wrongly)

IN TRUTH -- and this is how objective and fair reporting could cover this event, a headline could read: IRAN SETS NEW STANDARDS FOR NUCLEAR SAFETY!

Why is this a new standard for nuclear safety.?

Because the IAEA is there (the ones who got it right about Saddam's WMD and the ones declaring the claims Saddam was trying to buy yellowcake uranium from Niger were based on forged documents -- the IAEA was there, on site, observing.

Besides cooperating completely with the IAEA Iran also has signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty )

In contrast, Israel has nuclear weapons and India has nuclear power (and missiles) and have not signed this treaty and don't allow IAEA in.

Objectively, Iran is playing by the rules.

But that's almost an 'un-American" thought, isn't it?

(But, in fact, it's quite patriotic not to be mislead into another war)

(CNN) -- Iran likely has enough material to make a nuclear weapon, U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Admiral Mike Mullen told CNN's John King Sunday.

NOTE: Up to now, not IAEA and not even ISIS that started the black ops spin, has said this.

"And Iran having a nuclear weapon, I've believed for a long time, is a very, very bad outcome for the region and for the world," said the top U.S. army officer.

China's reporting doesn't mention ISIS at all. It, more honestly, quotes from the IAEA report.

Although maybe not 'more honestly,' at all since it quotes one of the negative statements of the IAEA, not IAEA's overall conclusion that Iran was cooperating OK.

Political black ops has hit the news big time, promoting the lie that Iran has enough uranium to make a nuclear bomb, implicitly thus promoting the idea that Iran wants to make a nuclear bomb and the even greater fear, Iran would use this bomb against us: False intel Iraq has now become False intel Iran.

THE PRINTED ARTICLE ON THE WEB was honest, at least, in tracing back the source of this claim, to ISIS (See news item, Feb 20th), but on the TV Sunday news show it said the source of this claim was the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Commission).

Big Difference

One Big Difference is the agency that is affiliated with the United Nation and the ones who got it right about Saddam having no WMD (the IAEA) and the other is nothing more than non-profit group that was spreading the major lies of Saddam having WMD. (described in this article as a 'think tank.').

It's not a think tank. It's not a "U.N. nuclear watchdog agency," (as it was described Feb. 20th). It's a spin master, a black ops spin master that was firm in promoting Saddam Hussein having WMD for years before the war: False intel Iraq.

Now ISIS has started beating the drums of war for False intel Iran.

Within one hour there are over 400 news items in all the major mainstream news, from around the world, that the head of the U.S. military now declares Iran has enough uranium for a nuclear weapons -- the fear of nuke WMD -- all coming from a story that started out small, Feb. 20th (that was a distortion and false spin on IAEA data) = False intel Iran

Now the Admiral confirms that data, like the Bush White House confirmed all the false intel they fed reporter Judith Miller and others. Mainsteam media reports the false data,Important political and military leaders quote it.

Black ops: Make up the data. Get the press to report it. Comment on the press reports, agreeing or even expanding on the fears of the false intel: We have the same people doing the same thing, again: False intel Iraq; False intel Iran. But we should not let ourselves get fooled again.

The United States "will seek to end Iran's ambition to acquire an illicit nuclear capability and its support for terrorism," U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice told the U.N. Security Council last week.

NOTE: As of this date by laws, there are no international laws or U.S. declarations that the pursuit of nuclear power is illegal.

So, why all the black ops?

Iran's Position:

Iran has repeatedly said, and the letter echoed, that Iran's nuclear program is peaceful and the country has not and will not seek to acquire nuclear weapons.

Because USA neocons and Israel want war with Iran.

If having nuke weapons is the problem, let's invade North Korea.

Have no doubt about it: Forces in the country want war with Iran

Fortunately and a rather amazing difference of opinion on such an important national and world issue, on the same day the Secretary of Defense said: ""... how do you get the Iranians to walk away from a nuclear weapons program? They're not close to a stockpile. They're not close to a weapon at this point," he told NBC on on another Sunday TV Talk show, details.

Hopefully Sec. of Defense Bill Gates will point out his difference of opinion directly to the Admiral.

This difference is the difference between getting fed false intel and fear, from a distortion of data by a private non-profit spin group; as compared to the real news from an authoritative and proven correct international agency, presented in a reasonable and diplomatic way.

It's the difference between letting False intel Iraq now evolve to False intel Iran, without questions or challenge, or doing what we can to expose this and stop it.

The implications of how we act now can be profound.

We have to get off the warpath Bush & neocon warmongers want us to continue and which they and news agencies like CNN, the Washington Post, the New York Times, Fox Ness and so many other media did with Iraq they now do for Iran.

The news stories and development of this issue started with CNN reporting spin doctor news from a private group, ISIS, about Iran having nuke WMD (with the implied threat Iran wants to attack the United States with these nuclear weapons).

Sound familiar? Iran has WMD just like Iraq did (not).

It episode of lies ends ten days later with the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mullen's saying Iran can made a nuke bomb, commenting on the false information from ISIS as if it was true. This is clear enough to object to, challenge the reporting and rally the pro-peace activist troops.

The same methods used to spread False Intel Iraq are now being used to spread False Intel Iran, as clearly shown by all the factual, documented great detail, above starting again in the early days of the Obama Administration, starting Feb. 20, 2009, spreading the idea that Iran has nuclear weapons and wants to use these weapons against us: lies.

If we don't communicate our ideas -- (and support, when appropriate) -- to our elected leaders, how are they suppose to know what we think?

Or how would our political leaders know we care at all?

As a result of these terrible warmongering lies being told again, we felt a need to speak out, #1) an email was sent to the White House, here. Because it is a White House issue, a Presidential issue: His Sec. of Defense and his head of the Joint Chief of Staff are on national television the same day, saying different things about if Iran is a threat or not, if Iran has WMD or not (or if Iran wants WMD or not).

The Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mullen, is spreading False Intel Iran.

Silence changes nothing.

Lack of communication influences nothing, changes nothing.

Communication is the first step,
the basic first steps of lobbying in a democracy.

The specific TV News show was also contacted and this form comment was submitted. A copy of this, with personally addressed forward email and background explanation was then sent to other CNN shows and other media outlets.

It's good to "surf on events," like how this objection of False intel is pinned to the events, current events, the reality of CNN, ISIS and the Admiral putting out distorted lies, a distorted spin on IAEA data which indicated Iran was cooperating with weapons inspection and had no WMD or WMD plans.

Pro-groups, if you don't know, probably contact dozens or More politicians and/or media a day.

Although well targets communication linked to events better than a anonymous spam campaign out of nowhere.

If our politicians and media don't hear from us they have no reason to think we know anything, have any opinion, or care at all.

The first steps, the normal state of activism in politics is communication. Communication to the politicians and decision makers; to the media; to the people.

Communication by phone. By mail. By email. By filling out site forms. Or the most max communication: In person with handshakes and words. (Bring a camera).

This could be considered: Defcon Five. And it's a lot of work in and of itself.

Pumping up these facts that this site scores high on the search engines -- and the fact that the local activist and web publisher who makes the site also is in the local news is a citizen street action (a customized protest) are 'hooks,' that hope to get attention to the issue and the facts.

One step of communication can naturally lead to the next. It's also good to have a "hook," not just a reason to write but also a reason for someone to read.

Making it interesting is a good start. Clear. Succinct. Pleasant. Linked to recent solid facts. Substantial.

1. A news item -- three days ago -- from my small home town, a protest against Big Brother.

(I'm the guy in the red shirt holding the 'Read the Constitution ' sign. I'm a bit modest in front of cameras. But if Bush and his neocon cohorts were to read and adhere to the Constitution we could have avoided the last eight nightmare years of his Administration.)

News item at: White Mountain Central The protest was about the recent introduction of traffic cameras to catch speeders. No where can we go anymore that is not being watched by Big Brother was the complaint and a complaint about all the data that's being collected on us with every purchase we make, every form we fill out and who is using this data and how is it being used?

Not to mention that the cameras are run by a foreign country (!) that makes a profit from every ticket given out. Although this might sound innocuous enough with traffic cameras and the fine nation of Australia, the idea of a foreign nation enforcing our laws for profit is wildly absurd and dangerous. Think about it.

Thus, our street theater was organized and we successfully got these ideas expressed.

2. Not only have I (finally) made the front page of my current hometown news (Really, what took them so long?) ...But some of my web pages are now popping up on the Front Page of Google Searches.

Of course, if you're not searching for: "Australian Woman Left-Handed Ping-pong Champions," you may never discover the page.

The Final -- and Ongoing -- action on this issue was to revise the last email and make it most suitable to send out to strangers, groups, media and politicians who have never heard from us before. We're writing because of events in the news this month and last, comments by military leaders and others, that are distorting a story in order to encourage war. We've nailed it, we think: we've documented the sequence of false news stories similar to the way we were all fed false intel about Iraq having WMD.

Now we're also lobbying now on it, strongly and encouraging others we know to do the same. When this story started, when our emails started, we didn't know it was going to build up to this; but now it's significant is realized: This is the same core of evil that killed over a hundred thousand in Iraq, crippled the lives of millions, wasted $trillions of dollars.

 

We think there is 'leverage,' here. We think exposing and alerting people to this one recent sequence of lies and how it is a perfect example of 'political news black ops,' will have positive results for peace.

Keep the faith. I think as the lies used to start false wars are more and more exposed, a repulsion to war will grow.

A copy of one of the repeated requests to CNN to stop reporting the news falsely reads like this: (Sent to cnnnewsroom@cnn.com March 17, 2009, and sent via their contact form on their web site also on that same day).

Dear CNN, Re: March 15, 2009 interview with former Vice President Dick Cheney, on CNN "State of the Union," with John King (And the same significant error previously reported in a March 1,2009 interview with the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mullen). And first reported wrong by CNN International on Feb. 20, 2009.

Dear CNN, Could you please do something to correct this. I've written to CNN TV from your web site form twice, but not only have no corrections been made but the false intel claiming Iran has potential for a nuke bomb has continued to be referenced as coming from the IAEA -- which is the Opposite of the Truth.

 

John King against reported distorted information about an IAEA report, this time to former Vice-President Dick Cheney; last time, March 1st, to Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mullen.

 

The IAEA report last month said that Iran was cooperating with weapons inspectors and there was no potential of enough nuclear material to make a nuke bomb, WMD.

 

But this actually IAEA report was distorted from the time it was first printed, Feb. 20th on your web page: CNN International, at:http://edition.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/meast/02/20/iran.nuclear/ - where your headline read: "Iran ready to build nuclear weapon, analysts say"

 

But it is not the IAEA analysts who are saying that but a private, non-profit group of spin doctors who also spread the lie about Saddam having WMD.

 

But John King quotes this spin doctor as if it was the IAEA who is saying this, which is wrong.

 

The IAEA, as you may recall, were the ones who got it right about Saddam not having WMD - and they have it right now about Iran not having WMD -- but you've now have made comments and asked questions to important political and military leaders as if it is the IAEA who is making this claim of Iran having potential to make a nuclear bomb -- but the IAEA really says this is not the case.

 

It seems the same distortions and the same methods that were used to spread false intel for Iraq are now being used to spread false intel for Iran -- and you are either complicit in this or woefully bad journalist; sorry to say, but the stakes are high. Get it straight.

 

This is the second time I've written to you about this, the first was after the March 1st Admiral Mullen interview (I had never previously written to your station about any other topic but the consequences of this, misleading a nation into war based on false news reports, are too serious to ignore.)
